About

Jamie Durner, Ayurvedic Practitioner & Wellness Educator

I assist YOU in achieving your wellness goals on all levels of body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is helping you in a natural, supportive, non-judgmental, and empowering way to move beyond your chronic pain patterns – whether that pain is physical like fibromyalgia, headaches, or shoulder tension; emotional like stress and anxiety; or life oriented such as dissatisfaction and unhappiness with job, self or relationships.

Instead of just getting rid of your symptoms, I want you to enjoy a healthy, balanced life.

I help you to identify the root cause and contributing factors that are creating the patterns of imbalance so that you to get long-lasting relief and good health. In addition to providing clinical Ayurvedic assessment, guidance, coaching, moral support and hands-on therapies – I provide educational information about your unique needs and how to live in health.

Throughout our sessions, you develop the self-care tools and habits, greater awareness about yourself, and the confidence to live a healthy, harmonious life.

Jamie’s areas of expertise include:

  • Health and wellness on all levels of body, mind, spirit, and life
  • The art & mastery of self-care
  • Living in alignment with nature and your highest self
  • Life balance
  • Personal and spiritual development
  • Developing and expanding a yoga and meditation practice
  • Lifestyle modification and habit change

My personal mission is to make the world a better place.

I aim to do this not directly through political mechanisms or social transformation but indirectly at the level of individual health. My belief is that this “better place” starts with each of you becoming healthier, happier, and in harmony with your authentic, infinite Self and living in balance with the world around you.

One person becoming healthy and whole creates a ripple that spreads out first to your family, then to your community, and slowly out to the larger world. One person at a time CAN make a difference. As each person steps into and lives from a spaceĀ of health and harmony, so, too, can we create a healthy and harmonious world.
