Scheduling your Ayurveda Wellness Appointment
Scheduling just got easier. With this online system you can choose the length of service you need, check availability, and schedule the appointment that fits.
How long of an appointment will you need? If this is your first visit, the New Patient Intake is 90 minutes and the second part of that session a week later, the Report of Findings, is 45 minutes. Additional sessions can be 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes in length depending on your goals and needs.
Simply choose the time that you wish and divide it between any of the following techniques: Ayurveda assessments and treatments, customized food programs and nutritional support, herbal formula evaluation and adjustment, life coaching activities, BodyMind coaching, lifestyle, habit and posture modifications; home therapy tool, corrective exercises and stretches, yoga and meditation education, craniosacral therapy, and massage.
Sessions can be recorded either by bringing your own recorder device with you to the office or, if doing a phone appointment, using a bridge line (a toll call which may have a fee depending on your long distance phone service). If the bridge line option is appealing, talk to me about the details.
By scheduling online, you will be emailed a confirmation after making your appointment as well as a 24 hour appointment reminder notice.
