Office Hours As of March 1st

I am available by appointment during these convenient daytime, evening and weekend hours:

• Tuesdays from 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• 2nd and 4th Fridays from 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Office Location:

If you are scheduling an in-person visit, you will be coming to my office within THRIVE! just north of I-94 and Highway T on the south feeder road, Silvernail Road. I am just a mile or so up the road from the Good Harvest Market. To enter the office, come through the inside doors which you access through the outer doors marked under Edward Jones. Go to the first door on the left. There are chairs to wait in if I am finishing up an appointment.

Off-site or Distance Sessions

Geography is not a barrier with Ayurveda Wellness and BodyMind Coaching sessions.

If you live in a different area or are pressed for time and it’s more convenient, you can enjoy sessions can via the telephone or Skype.

Phone sessions can also be recorded if you choose by using a bridge line (which is a toll call so may have a fee depending on your long distance phone service). If this option is appealing, talk to me about the details.  If making a session by phone, you will be responsible to call Jamie’s cell phone.
