In this workshop you will begin with a powerful set to get the body out of distress by learning how to move the energy in every part of the body systematically. The second half of the workshop will offer several different meditations and tools to quickly change your energy…tools that can be used daily or throughout the day to prevent the buildup of stagnant or distorted energy. When your energy moves freely and powerfully, you build abundant health for life.
New to Kundalini Yoga? No worries. If you can breathe and lean in the right direction of the exercise, you will get benefits! No particular level of physical fitness is necessary. Since you can only be where you are in any given moment, you start wherever you’re at and build from there. Bring a cotton blanket, towel or yoga sticky mat along with a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
