You are unique and your wellness programs should meet your unique needs.

I take the time to understand you as a whole person, listen to your concerns, challenges and goals. Beyond offering recommendations to alleviate the disruptive symptoms and pain that bring you in initially, I work with you to develop the framework of a long-term healthy life – one habit at a time.

One-on-one sessions with me are tailored to your individual needs through personalized programs that shift according to the seasons, your changing symptoms, and your evolving return to optimal health.

To support your journey to optimal health, I offer two types of individual sessions.

 Ayurveda Wellness sessions give you everything you need to heal your symptoms and underlying conditions as well as sustain a healthy life.  Sessions can contain professional assessment, personalized lifestyle programs with individually tailored herbs and food; self-care education, exercises and tools; pattern evaluation and modification; yoga and meditation techniques; Craniosacral therapy and soft tissue massage techniques; and neutral moral support.

 Individual Yoga or Meditation Sessions utilize both Kundalini and Hatha yoga techniques to support not only a healthy body but a healthy mind and spirit. I work with you to identify your specific goals, needs and time requirements then help you develop yoga routines or meditations to achieve positive and powerful results. *This service is included within the Ayurveda Wellness sessions but can utilized separately for those not currently participating in Ayurveda Wellness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sessions can be tailored towards any type of pain relief (see the tab on the different types of pain I work with) as well as aging with ease and living in optimal health in order to avoid the pain and chronic health conditions that affect more than 1 out of 2 Americans today.
