Simple Fresh Guacamole

A healthy dip, snack and meal topper

  • 2 large avocados ripe
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
  • 5 small cherry tomatoes finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • salt to taste


  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, scoop in the avocado flesh and mash with a fork or hand potato masher.

  2. Stir in the lime juice, cilantro, tomatoes, salt and optional garlic.  Mix well.

  3. Serve with a nice cracker of your choice or put into a corn or spelt tortilla.  Also makes a nice topper for many Mexican dishes or as a salad dressing.
