A healthy dip, snack and meal topper
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, scoop in the avocado flesh and mash with a fork or hand potato masher.
Stir in the lime juice, cilantro, tomatoes, salt and optional garlic. Mix well.
Serve with a nice cracker of your choice or put into a corn or spelt tortilla. Also makes a nice topper for many Mexican dishes or as a salad dressing.
